Effectiveness coaching PROGRAM

Businesses need better leaders....Leaders who deliver on organizational goals and can influence others to get the right work done.

The 3 biggest issues leaders face:  conflict, time pressure, and stress.  These are reduced with the discipline of managing people's expectations, managing our own behaviour, and managing demands for our time.

Our Effectiveness Coaching program is built for managers and team leaders who want to take their work to a higher level of impact and efficiency, to build their project/process/people management capabilities, and move up.    Taking ownership of your career is part of self-management that organizations expect.  And managing others is crucial -- your boss, your team, your peers.

Lisa is a Certified Effectiveness Advisor from Reddin Global, anchored in globally-renowned principles of Peter Drucker.

Management of others is self-management.
— Peter Drucker protege, Dr. Bill Reddin

Management effectiveness is a discipline that can be learned. We help you build the disciplines it takes to be effective.  We offer guidance through an effectiveness toolkit with one to one executive coaching to address core elements of today's business challenges:

  • managerial effectiveness

  • internal stakeholder management

  • guiding cultural change

  • developing employees and leading teams.

We use a collection tools that come from management experience and systems that have been in place globally for four decades.  Dr. Bill Reddin, who worked with Drucker and other management gurus, believed management effectiveness is a discipline that can be learned and is about working individually with managers and their situations, with a focus on their Outputs (deliverables that get measured), rather than tasks.

You’ll improve in core management practices such as:

  • Prioritization

  • setting objectives

  • INFLUENCE

  • SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENT

  • communication EFFECTIVENESS

Outcomes:
