Lisa Pierosara, PCC is a full-time professional career and leadership coach since 2007 in the Toronto/Markham, Canada area. After 10,000 hours, helping 1000+ clients in various stages of their careers, she’s known for being a trusted thought partner for clients, levering global-standard coaching principles and tools.
Lisa has two coaching niches: she helps clients find their next career destination through best practice in search, networking and personal branding; Her other coaching niche is leadership development, and since 2017 she leverages her expertise in communication and management effectiveness, alongside a proven suite of management tools, to help team leaders dial up their leadership competencies — ultimately helping them up their game on the job, increase their influence, and drive their team’s results in the organization.

Lisa began her career in corporate Canada (14 years in consumer marketing, advertising and corporate branding), moving from nearly a decade in telecom, to professional coaching at one of Canada's top business schools. She decided to brave solopreneurship in 2016, launched Elevation and hasn’t looked back. Lisa is also a trusted affiliate executive coach for two Canadian coaching organizations.
She brings her communication expertise and truth-telling style to help clients transform from the inside-out. She moves from mindset to behaviors, from vision to brand building, from values to strengths-based leadership tweaks, essentially focusing on elements within your control. Her clients consistently mention her unique talent in helping them articulate their brand to stakeholders or networks in a concise, relevant way.

Lisa is a champion of change, enabling her own career switch in 2007 with a fulfilling move to a new role in an entirely different industry. During her own "where should I go next" dilemma in her mid-30’s, she hired a coach and resolved to find work that fit her strengths, leveraged her experience and supported her changing priorities. This search lead her to focus on contentment, the bigger picture, and the call to coaching leaders.

Lisa lives near Toronto with her husband, a proud mother of two thriving adult daughters. She runs a women's mentorship program in her community, supports her church, and is a strong advocate of organizations that support traffic victims, families, and vulnerable youth. She sits on the board of Urban Promise Toronto as a long-time believer in their mission.
